I was happy to see that are Raising Cane's had come to my home town and I wasn't surprised to see it on the VCU campus. It seems that the University has taken over the entire downtown and Fan area. The location is inside of a small food court where it was the only thing open during the summer. We ordered two of the most popular item, the Box with lemonade and a half-and-half. You will pay an upcharge on lemonade for any drink that has their lemonade in it. It wasn't listed but it's OK, it taste great. Our food was being freshly prepared after we order and came out hot and tasty. Surely stop by the next time I come home and send relatives there who've never experienced that taste of the deep South.

GREAT fast food! Love their lemonade and chicken fingers -- this location doesn't accept Caniac Cards etc...

Today at Canes the line was incredibly long with only one person in the front working. The girl at front asked for help by the managers in the back and they did not come and help her. It was only ONE cook in the back also working, which made things go even slower than they already were. After waiting over 40 minutes to receive my food I then go home to eat and look at it and see that it is BRUNT. This is ridiculous I have never been treated like this at any Canes that I have ever been too. The service was horrible and they were out of ketchup, hot sauce, ice, and running out of chicken soon.

Only raising cane's within the area and you're not allowed in past 11 pm unless you're a student at VCU. Drove all the way from Fayetteville for chicken fingers on my way up north only to get denied. Should be annotated on various websites that this location is only open until 11 pm for non students.

This establishment is great for late night food. I hate to say that their cleanliness is not up to par. I saw them not using gloves. The wait time was ridiculous. The breading has falls off the chicken. If you're hungry and want to eat this try it at your own risk.
